Why Cant I See My Uploads Without Being Logged In???

On nuerous threads Ive uploaded pics and media attached yet I find if I aint LOGGED IN my attachement DONT SHOW

I just tested it. Attached an image, logged out and couldn't see it. Way the forum works.
