This is one of those situations where I'm either going to have to be either sober or shitfaced. I'm leaning toward the latter. Perhaps I will sneak into the coat room and place some turds in their pockets. That should keep them from coming back. :D

Well, there was a recall on the steering so we had to take it to the dealer, besides that the check engine light came on yesterday and it needed a coolant flush anyway. I don't know why the light came on, I was going to pull the codes but I'll wait to see what they have to tell me. I'm surprised they haven't called yet, I guess that's a good sign.

Right...if they're issuing a recall for a ten year old car I guess it must be important? But if it was that important then why did it take so long? Who knows.

Did you hear that crap by Rodgers of GB. Says there is in't any recipe for what he and the Packers are bringing. The little twit thinks he is the shit. Thats alright a few more devasting blows onto his concussed azz will help bring that perspective back round to him. Dumbazz Mofo. Talk shit Rodgers and then watch how is offensive linemen get taken down one by one. Wherein then the NFL can have some really good fun with Rodgers. Guess then his wussified azz can join the Ranks of Carson Palmer Jay Cutler crying that someone is going to get killed playing football. I would call it Good Will Hunting!

I believe Hanie can beat the Packers if Da Bears D.....Shows Up! Bears have the ight Idea. They just need the front four to put pressure on Rodgers. Bears should have picked up some 300 pounder and stuffed him right next to Peppers to finish out the Season. Force all for the remaining season to try and run outside on the Bears.

I see Da Bears lost that game.....I fell asleep at the end of the 3rd Qtr. All I know is the in the 2nd qtr the Bears were on the 5 or 6 yard line. 2nd down/1yard to go for a first down. What does Martz do.....he has Hanie throw the ball on a second and 1 inside the 10yard line.

Barber had already proved he could run over the Raiders for 3 yards a pop. Currently the Radio stations and TV stations are hearing it from Bears Fans. They are all over Martz's ass for that call. Sure Hanie threw the Interception off the deflection. But Martz called the play.

Good news is Martz refused to re-up with his Contract with the Bears and his azz will be out of here next year. Should take Lovie Dovey's Big Mac Eating azz too. Although someone said Cutler may have something to say about that.

Thing I have to say is Cutler better shut the hell up and Let Martz get handed those Walkin Papers. He definately proves why he should not ever be a head Coach again. Throw the ball inside the 6yd line. What a dumbfuck. Right there in that Game if I am the head Coach. Martz azz is sitting in he Lockerroom right after that boneheaded call. Would have told him then thats the last time he will cost us a game. Bears Score a TD then and go into the half leading 14 to 9. Game takes on a whole different complexion. Havent seen all the other scores yet.

Conley
11-28-2011, 09:41 AM
Martz didn't want an extension? He thinks someone is going to let him be head coach again? That's funny. Although if he went to the Chargers that would be an improvement over the current head coach.

Conley

There are rumblings here in San Diego that they might be going after Cowher at the end of the season. I don't believe it though, because the owner still owes a lot of money on our GM's contract and coach too. He can't afford to dump them both and bring in a real coach / GM even though that's what is needed.

Yeah, the Bears game was a heartbreaker. Hanie played about as well as could be expected.

Hanie did his best but he's clearly not the second coming of JC.

Meh...

I don't have TV now and I ain't following this one online.

I didn't realize that the Saints dumped Reggie Bush. Makes that first round pick by the Texans that more genius.

Yeah, but that pick did sell a lot of Saints tickets when people were down on them after Katrina, and they did win the Super Bowl with him so it wasn't all bad. I say this after watching multiple first round picks by the Chargers crash and burn. Of course not #2s but still...

Good game so far.

I like the late night games but it must be fun to come home and eat dinner on a Monday with a game to watch.

Remember when I was in Arizona? That was pretty sweet - the "late" games which started around 4 for me. I could watch MNF and be in bed before 10.

The 1pm games were odd though, but I had a good routine. Headed down the the Steeler bar there. The AZ Bar or something like that, great place. All Steeler shit and the guy who owned it was an ex-paratrooper so it was done up with all this military shit.

Nothing like watching kickoff at 10am with a Sam Adams and a plate full of scrambled eggs.

Football over breakfast. LOL Yeah, I thin I can appreciate the earlier games but 10AM is a little too early for me.

Captain Obvious
11-28-2011, 10:28 PM
It was the atmosphere. All Steeler fans out in the desert, the whole military thing going on and it's a real bar.

It's just a recipe that can't go wrong.

Hey - let me know the next time you venture into PA. We should meet up somewhere in whacko Amish land for a beer or three and watch a game.

Maybe we can get Conley to fly in for the event.

Will do! Or we could just plan it for a weekend or something. Now that my buddy sold his land where we used to shoot I have less reason to pass through. It was up in Binghamton NY but we always cut through PA to get there. Yeah, we've all known each other for a long while now. It would be fun to meet up and do some drinking. :cool2:

Binghamton NY - that's right around where I got that flat. I live about maybe an hour and a half from there, maybe two hours.

It's a little busy there but if you go about an hour south of there it gets pretty rural. Yeah, we should hook up for a weekend or something, that would be cool.

Ha! Why don't we meet in AZ

I gotta say, I never realized PA was as exotic as it is. It sounds like its own country with weird holidays (Buck Monday!) and whacko Amish.

The city is kind of run down but the suburbs are nice and once you leave the city limits it gets rural real fast. I guess most of America is like that but where I live (40 minutes from Manhattan) it's pretty congested. I have to drive for a good 45 minutes to an hour to get into a rural area.

Yeah, we'll do this.

Speaking of, check out that Nick Dipaolo Vick thread I started, it's fucking hilarious.

Conley

Nope, Vick pussed out this season. Can't blame him though, he's got broken ribs now. The guy is barely 200 lbs. and still tries to run after all his injuries. I blame Reid more than Vick...this is what happens when you load a locker room full of prima donnas with no leadership. Those Iggle morons signed him to a 100M contract. I enjoy watching their franchise collapse to be honest.

He's still coaching a college team, give him some props.

They did beat the hated rats, best game of the decade for them.

I think the stains play the rats this week. They took one in the ass against the bungles - botched two 10 point leads. Two fucking 10 point leads, they couldn't hold on. Fucking stains, not holding out to any hopes this week but you know what they say. Every dog has their day.

I just don't think it's this weekend for the stains sadly.
