Australia’s Public Health Act of 2016 has been updated, and it is being put into action, unleashing medical police state horrors (https://www.lifesitenews.com/news/australian-state-law-empowers-officials-to-forcibly-remove-underwear-to-administer-vaccine) that haven’t been witnessed since the rise of medical experimentation on Jews in Nazi Germany. This Australian law gives sweeping new powers to law enforcement and other “authorized officers” to forcibly restrain, isolate and vaccinate whomever they want. The new powers are so descriptive, they give law enforcement the legal power to “remove anything the person is wearing, including underwear.”

The police here dont need to kidnap you to get you to remove your underwear -

The New South Wales (https://www.theguardian.com/australia-news/new-south-wales) police performed strip-searches on more than 100 girls in the last three years, including two 12-year-olds. Following the NSW police watchdog’s investigation into the allegedly illegal strip-search of a 16-year-old girl at a music festival last year (https://www.theguardian.com/australia-news/2019/oct/21/police-strip-searched-16-year-old-girl-at-splendour-music-festival-inquiry-hears), data obtained under freedom of information laws show she was just one of 122 girls under the age of 18 who have been forced to undergo the controversial practice by police since 2016.

Last month the Law Enforcement Conduct Commission held public hearings as part of its investigation into the allegedly illegal search of a 16-year-old girl (https://www.theguardian.com/australia-news/2019/oct/21/police-strip-searched-16-year-old-girl-at-splendour-music-festival-inquiry-hears) at the 2018 Splendour in the Grass festival. She was one of seven children who were strip-searched at the event.

The inquiry heard the girl was left fearful and in tears after she was forced to strip naked and squat in front of a police officer who then “looked underneath” her. The search took place without a parent or guardian present, a potential breach of police powers.

And is a vaccination really a medical experiment? Is removing clothing to give vaccination a form of rape? Is detainment a form of kidnapping? I think Alex Jones is being a little dramatic.

Vic has a law allowing authorities to give treatment without consent -

Can the government mandate vaccinations?

The right to bodily integrity is a fundamental legal principle in Australia. This means a person cannot be subject to medical treatment without consent.
However, there are exceptions to this under state and territory public health laws. For instance, sections 116 and 117 of the Victorian Public Health Act (https://www.legislation.vic.gov.au/in-force/acts/public-health-and-wellbeing-act-2008/043) permit public health orders to compel people to undergo a medical examination, testing and treatment without consent if it is required to address a public health issue.
There may be a legal argument here that a vaccination is not “treatment”. But that could be dealt with via an amendment to the legislation.

I think its pretty easy to argue that a vaccination is treatment not medical experimentation. The rights of the community outweigh the rights of the individual.

edit - Dont you libertarian Americans force children to have chemotherapy? What is the difference between that and forced vaccine? Vaccine is treatment not experimentation.
