I don't believe a military that is loyal to its oath will violate that oath on American soil. And I'm sure President Trump will not order martial law, if the Congress fails to fix the fraud in that election.

In the entire history of the United States there has not been a president or vice president arrested for a crime while in office. The closest was Spiro Agnew, Nixon's VP, but he resigned before he could be arrested. It would create a constitutional crisis for Biden to be arrested. He might be impeached but even then its doubtful he would be removed from office, especially if the Senate is controlled by the Democrats.
