There are some amazing finds in the permafrost.

I was watching a documentary a while back and one researcher came across a rather something probably didn't want to find. He was exposed to bacteria or a virus estimated to have been frozen for 10,000 years. He developed a rapidly spreading skin infection but they were able to get him to a hospital very quickly via helicopter.

Wow. Even the hair is in tact. And much older than the Buttercup Mammoth if I remember correctly.

Men existed at this time. Man existed at least 200000 to 300000 years ago. 10 thousand years minimum to make a fossil.

In some Instances the men could write about it.
