I have heard (from a personal source I cannot name) that many of these emergency patients have oxygen levels so low they should be dead already, and yet some are still alive and conscious and make it through to the hospital.

Many many more are going to die. That's the plan. This is how Los Angeles is addressing the growing number of homeless. The problem is way out of control. Covid is a joke. A laugh. The homeless have typhoid fever. bubonic plague, leprosy. City hall was closed because of typhus. Now covid. It's cold. They huddle together. They share tents along with needles. Unlike even the precivilization peoples the modern homeless do not dispose of their dead. The bodies are left where they died until a citizen notices. The modern homeless do not segregate themselves from bacteria laden waste.

What to do with this growing danger? How do you reduce their numbers when they are growing every day? Use the excuse of a covid pandemic to let the diseased die. They could die of any number of diseases ravaging the streets. Blame covid. No questions asked.
