Im scared anymore of whats on fruit and veggies. They come from all over the world now and from places that do not have our sanitary standards. Like hitting the bathroom and not washing your hands and a whole variety of other nasties.

Well, I dont have an actual farm market, where they farm what they grow on their own property. I have a farm market that "BUYS" their stuff and its no different than the supermarket excepts its cheaper.
Cherries From Quatemala, Tons of veggies from Mexico and a variety of places.
It PISSES ME OFF the only thing this country should be importing is BANANAS and exotic fruits we cant grow here.
This crap of some corporation that just BUYS cheap veggies and brings them here and sells them sucks. Were flooded with that stuff.

Great tip! I never would've thought to use vinegar.......hopefully the vinegar flavor won't pass through apple skins and grape skins.....that would be nasty........
