Tough game for the Giants but the Packers game was supposed to be too.

I am going to go with Ball-Tee-More and the Giants. Cuz Georgio said it was all written! Specially bout the Giants, as they are Ancient Text material!

I'd be scared to bet against the Giants. They have a history of playoff upsets.

Looks Like that move to bring Josh McDaniels over right before this game. Paid off for Brady and Bunch. I agree with you D.....which is why i thought the Packers would lose on the first round they played. Albeit I think they would have lost to any they played. Still the Giants are not affected by playing in the cold or the rain.

My only concern is the Jet lag like last time.

The Packers secondary was suspect from the start and showed us why.

I predict the Giants will beat San Fran by 4 and New England beats Ravens by 8.

Yeah, that secondary was terrible - couldn't believe they let the Hail Mary drop right before halftime. That was a killer. Of course McCarthy never should have called that T.O. either - Eli said that's when they decided to change up the plays.

Yes. It was a fun weekend of football. I'll check back next Monday to see if I'm right in my predictions.

Offense didn't look so good either to be honest. Not bad but not certainly not what I expected.

Offense didn't look so good either to be honest. Not bad but not certainly not what I expected.

Both SF and NE are passing-teams. Like that Aerial offense. The Giants just need to keep up what their doing and run that ball. If Bradshaw don't work, then throw in Jacobs, if not him the other backup. Also playing smashmouth football like the Giants do will keep the QB on the sidelines and wear down that clock. They can't match up man to man on the recievers so they will play cover two. This also will take from Brady and Smith's game. If not slacked upon. More importantly it gives them control over that clock.

Same identical set up for Ball-Tee-More. Although I think the Ravens have the Better defense over the Giants. But both do rush four and not try to rely on that blitz. Althought the Ravens do blitz more than the Giants.

I think we will have two good games. The Ravens Offense has to step up. Good news is the Ravens have beaten the Patriots in the Playoffs before. Giants have seen the 49ers this year and lost to them once already.

Mister D

You probably thought you'd seen the last of Tim Tebow, for a while at least, after the Broncos' 35-point demolition at the hands of the New England Patriots in the NFL playoffs. But there's a good chance you'll be watching the Broncos quarterback again on Championship Weekend.

CBS wants Tim Tebow to join its broadcast as a guest analyst (http://www.usatoday.com/sports/columnist/hiestand-tv/story/2012-01-15/cbs-wants-tim-tebow-in-its-studio-show/52587612/1) for the AFC Championship game between New England and Baltimore.

Tebow's sorry performance against the Patriots, combined with a thrilling finish between the 49ers and Saints, helped Fox beat CBS (http://www.usatoday.com/sports/columnist/hiestand-tv/story/2012-01-15/cbs-wants-tim-tebow-in-its-studio-show/52587612/1) in the Saturday NFL TV (http://thepoliticalforums.com/#) ratings battle.

It's a Miracle!!!!!

On the other hand I thought the playoff games have been awesome. I wouldn't be surprised if we get a stinker in the last three games. I hope not but I feel the football gods have already smiled upon us.

It is a really strange time to firing someone...their season has been over for a while. I think they are removing everyone who is loyal to Manning. First the GM, then the VP, now the coach. The owner wants Luck and he is cleaning house. I haven't read of any names for that job yet.

The Chicago Bears wrapped up their second interview for the vacant general manager position, spending Tuesday with Jimmy Raye III, the director of personnel for the San Diego Chargers.
Raye met with the Bears as a candidate to replace Jerry Angelo, who was fired on Jan. 3. He is the second candidate to meet with the team, following Jason Licht, the director of player personnel for the New England Patriots, who was in Monday.....snip~

Same here.....even tho NE scored first with that field goal. Also Ray lewis should have fell on Wes Welker with an elbow there on that missed passed in the end zone. They should always be laying the smack-down on Welker any chance they get. Same with Brady.

They also need to be ready as Brady relies hevily on the Bomb.....and the Big Interference call. Take that away from Brady and he has major problems in a game. Especially when he can't get the interference call.
