The Obama administration on Monday released broad new operating rules for state-run health insurance exchanges, which form a key part of the 2010 federal healthcare reform law that will face landmark Supreme Court hearings in just two weeks.
The long-awaited regulations, released by the Department of Health and Human Services, are intended to provide state lawmakers and officials flexibility on federal deadlines as they meet the complex task of building state and regional insurance markets before a January 1, 2014, deadline.

If this Supreme Court upholds this attack on state's rights and liberty in general we might just as well throw out the Constitution. The only question then will be are we ruled by nine judges or a single president.

We should get a law passed that all Supreme Court Justices have to be psychologically evaluated every 3 years after age 65. Make sure none have Alzheimers or any other type of affliction that could cause them to not be focused on their tasks at hand. Remove the lifetime appointments and the free-ride.

Moreover SCOTUS Judges should not be allowed to go overseas and be speaking in any compacity to any governments or press Agencies overseas. There is this no speech thing for them to do with other foriegn countries. They want to go do some speaking do it on their own dime. IMO they have no buisness commenting on affairs going on in others countries with any relations to our law.

SCOTUS's Citizen United decision does cause me fear as to their decision on Obamacare.

That's twice what these liars "estimted." Keep in mind that these are the same liars who are telling you that unemployment is only 8.3 percent.

Where's our "proud liberal?" I want to hear him explain away this one.
