"Murdered" a bird this morning. My husband is mad at him. Stumpy doesn't care.

Unless the bird is your state bird or a protected species, I dont think they can hang a murder charge on Stumpy.

My own dog has been involved in the violent deaths of at least two squirrels and a racoon. There is little you can do, other than warn the wildlife that your little hunter is on the prowl in your yard.
