Are you saying I'm toxic?

Because you're probably right.

Even if this is overblown it's still packed with vitamins and other nutrients.

I don't buy into the concept of "superfood". I buy into the concept of food, and then food-substitutes (all the processed crap and fast food, etc.)

It's a hefty family in nutritional terms. I'll say that but, yeah, some of these ideas go a bit far. You have people out there who might think all is well if they ate their broccoli.

Where is our expert on veggie's?
I love cabbage rolls.

I love salads but overall I'm not a veggie person. I can't sit down to a plate of raw/cooked veggies, it's one of the reasons why I juice. I can drink them but I don't really like eating them.

Not me - I can eat shitloads of raw veggies, I eat a lunch of just that every day now.

And I shit every morning between 7 and 8, like clockwork too.

I love cabbage especially, we make salads out of it now instead of using lettuce.

Why don't we all go get that Filet-O-Fish we were talking about?

I can't do it....I've tried.

I do mix my salads up, will use cabbage, napa cabbage, spinach, kale, all the different types of lettuce that is available. But to sit and have a plate of raw veggies...nope. Why I failed at the hallelujah diet.

Did you use salt? All things considered... it isn't that bad.

Or pepper - I put tons of pepper on shit anymore, it's unbelievably good.

I liek them raw, steamed, parboiled (20 seconds or so) or fried. Can't stand a mushy vegi.

I don't use salt, my blood pressure tends to rise when I do. You eat at my house you will need to salt your own food because I rarely salt anything.

I do use pepper.

Salt is key to a raw vegi. That and good olive oil.

Yeh, I put olive oil on everything now. Use it for home-made dressings (with basalmic vinegar, garlic and fresh basil).

I'm a basic guy. salt, oil, and sometimes raw garlic. That will stay on your breath all night and into the following morning so I have to be in the mood for it.

Nothing worse than the taste of fresh vegetable flavor.

We tried that veggie diet a while back. My hubby got gas so bad we had to quit. I still have nightmares about it.
