What do the colored bars below each poster's name mean"? I have looked for an answer and cannot seem to find one.

Sorry, but I am unable to read that small print. What does each one say?

Print is the same size as the post you just made.

They are just arbitrary measures of participation and longevity that goes with this board software. They mean nothing.

Is this a message board or a video game?

You can use ctrl + to make print larger. IE the entire page will have larger print. An old fart like myself needs this, in the reverse you can use ctrl - to make it smaller and get more on a page for the younger of us here.

A shoot it out game!

The colors are for:

Points
Level
Participation Rate

Thanks, Dan. It is Dan isn't it? I am viewing this message at 450%.
The messages that show when placing the cursor over the color bars is not expanded as s the rest of the board.

Go to My Profile and select the experience tab. That will detail in standard font size what the mouse hover is showing you.

Every installation of V-Bulletin is different, but it depends on how many points of Reputation power is allocated for reputation (Karma) plus how many points are allocated for posting (i.e. x points for y posts).
