Honestly? From even a short distance away, it appears to be human forms hanging by the neck - and the clothing in at least one of the displays is predominately black, making it look very much like hanging Black people.

If you know me at all from my posting here, you know that I'm not any kind of reactionary, crying "racist" over silly things...so that's not where this is coming from. I've described exactly what it looks like to me. I will add that in my 62 years I have never seen a clothing display like that - ever.
