I've been neglectful of the garden of late so I spent three hours out there in the noon day sun and go caught up. Really hot for an old fella but once I got cooled down I'm relaxed and fine with having no further ambition for today. I went out originally for 45 minutes or so, but good things happen when I get my sorry ass outside

I watered the garden today and brought in some more tomatoes, but that was it.

I went outside scrubbed 2 large garbage cans with soap and brush. Washed the SUV and cleaned the inside and hosed off the drive way and front porch area with the power washer.

I lost gallons of fluid, the heat index was 104 here 100% humidity

After I do that and shower and drink some fluids. I feel great

We have the big ones, and cherry tomatoes. The cherry tomatoes are always turning red and being picked but the big ones take a lot longer, but we have several of them already red. They are good.

I normally cut up a few Cucumbers and Black Olives for my salad, my Wife likes shrimp instead of Stake.

My cherry tomatoes tend to never make it in the house until they really start coming in. Same with my small bochali heads, a guys gotta eat when he's doing all that hard gardening

The weeds are winning now in my garden but I'm getting a lot of tomatoes, both the super-sweet grape kind and the bigger ones. The cucumbers are pretty much done, but I'm getting a lot of okra.

I planted rows of zinnias this year -- in the garden, yeah, I know, crazy -- but they're amazing. I'm picking bouquets every morning.

I don't know what kind they are, my wife planted them. I just butcher them!
