They say at NASA there is a device that can communicate with aliens, and, I remember reading a little bit more about it, but I cannot remember anything of note. But, as far as I can remember, to get the aliens attention, they were stealing data like with wi fi from it.

The devices use telepathy a lot, which is a 'subsonic phenomenon.' This means that we cannot hear it normally, of course, but, as with telepathy, we need super small hairs in our ears to hear the tiny sounds sent throughout the universe, constellation or galaxy that are not met with massive resistance in the form of mass, as they travel through mass.

So, how do we 'hear aliens?' This would be possible by tuning our own sub sonic device to be electrical, of course, as, the telepathy we use is electromagnetic, so the 'digital sound waves' would be electrical, logically. This would require a radio tuned to the right frequency, of course.

To pick up these small sounds, we would need a huge power source. This would be where we need to take a transistor in the radio's antenna and then scramble it a moderate amount to make 'loose ends' that would pick it up the way hair picks up static, of course.

So, I reckon that a antenna with a 'loose wire' to short out some of the transistor parts would suffice?

That's no mystery, a double handful of these will open the phone line :)22132
