Balt vs Pittsburg game postponed all the way to Tuesday. What are the criteria?
It seems like most games somebody is out on the COVID reserve list either testing positive or as a close contact. I'm pretty sure , unless I am mis-rememebering that a rookie reciever missed a game on is list, played a game and was out on the list again today but I could be wrong. Or he might just need to keep his ass home at night for a few weeks.( If i were 23 , fit , flush with cash and a local celeb I know where I'd be catching my COVID) It goes without saying that actually having COVID is essentially no real threat to a pro athelete.
So The ravens without Jackson etc. get a double postponement out of an "abundence of caution" and the Broncos request a postponement to get their QB's back and are denied. No dog in either of these fights but it does make me wonder exactly what the crieteria are and how the leauge deisides when it's an uncontroled outbreak ( to be contained in 3-4 days of course) and when it's just too bad your palyers can't play?
Does anyone know how this works?
