The results from those American labs (some of them), state the virus is "almost certainly" not man-made. They do not say they know 100% that is not man-made, which is why the WHO investigation in China is looking into that possibility.

It may well be zoonotic, but riddle me this--why does China, a place with three times the population as the US and with people packed like sardines--have a death toll under 6,000, while the US has a death toll over 200,000? The virus was first found in a crowded wet market and although China had some severe lockdowns, they were opening up in March and April. This virus is circulating around the world and the Chinese are now mostly mask-less. They're traveling, partying, and the virus is not seeing a surge there.

Perhaps because China locked down so hard it curbed the spread of the virus and they’ve been able to open up earlier. Their economy will actually grow this year. Of course that’s what our media is saying so you’ll have to believe someone.
