Careful. If you start to tell me that in the beginning they didn't want people to wear masks, I am ready to shoot that down. give me a challenge instead.
They have been inconsistent on whether or not a mask protects the wearer or only protects others. At one time Fauci said that a mask wasn’t going to have impact at all.

The CDC has been all over the place on that.

You’ve consistently been paying attention to only what you want to pay attention to.

Given your attitude and responses it is very tough for me to believe what you've posted here. As such, your viewpoint is duly noted.

The problem is if the people read enough actual information they will begin to develop their own opinions on the matter and that is a threat to the state. Keep people ignorant and the best way to do that is to keep them scared.

Well. Thats the thing. they might not know they have it either. I wear a mask when I go indoors to the store. I try to keep my distance, and whenever possible I avoid using cash, and I avoid touching my face. when I get in my car I sanitize hands if I have touched many things. Thats pretty much all I do. I dont think its a lot to ask. It doesn't interfere with me very much at all.

You are forgetting that there are different types of masks. Surgical masks may not have "any impact at all" when it comes to protecting the wearer, so Fauci was not wrong to say that. N95 masks are different though. They do protect the wearer.

I see. In that case, have done my research, and I have found no inconsistencies. I win?

How do you know the effects are permanent? Even if they are, so what?

Brain damage does heal. I don't know about lung damage. I had multiple medium and large pulmonary embolisms in all four quadrants of my lungs. The portions of my lungs below the lodgment point of each embolism died (quite painful, actually). Dead tissue will not reanimate. And yet, over time I have recovered some of my stamina and some of my strength.

The second half is, so what?
