The best you can argue is that he was killed before the OD did it, but his death was inevitable that day.

No it doesn't. A scum = certainly.

Today the are arguing what George Floyd said to Chavin. The prosecutor says that he is saying that he did not take any drugs. The defense is saying that he said he took too many drugs.
Either way it is either a denial that explains why Chauvin would not need to react to an overdose OR that confirms that Floyd admitted he overdosed.


A knee to the back of the neck, with no bruising then has to be explained as a methid to cut of air flow. Then they have to explain why the autopsy did not say that.

Only the families paid doctor said that and as you can always find someone to say anything you want for the right price.

Not manslaughter or murder 3 (Minnesota law). Murder 2 (felony murder in Minnesota) only if the jury believes Chauvin was committing a felony when Floyd died of his OD.
