That's what I would say. Not sure if it was the media or Democrats who first called it an insurrection but many saw that word used a lot and unthinkingly repeat it. When challenged, they cannot defend it, other than pointing to Democratic/media opinion, but they keep repeating it. It's called narrative.

See, it was insurrection even though there is no evidence for it. You heard it from a Democrat and/or read it in the media and blindly repeat it.
One, none of that falls under the definition of insurrection. Two, none of that is factually true, just interpretative narrative. Three, if you cannot prove it then it is not a fact but a feeling you have....but it's just absurd to argue that it was not clear that they broke into the Capitol to prevent the awarding of the election to Joe Biden, on behalf of and to perpetuate the lies of Trump. Just because you cannot prove that rioter X had specific intent to do so does not change that obvious fact.

Whoever criticizes capitalism, while approving immigration, whose working class is its first victim, had better shut up. Whoever criticizes immigration, while remaining silent about capitalism, should do the same.

It doesn't matter what the legalities are, it only matters what CNN says and what comes out of Pelosi's mouth, and how the Democrats can use it to gain political leverage.
By the way, did you see how someone asked Pelosi to respond to accusations that she was playing partisan politics with the Jan. 6 commission, and she said "Perhaps you've mistaken me for someone who cares about that"? What a great leader.
We've seen it repeatedly over the years, there will be a word or phrase that all the Democrats and their parrot media start using all at once, usually on the same day. They're called talking points. It's been going on for decades.
