Fascism is a misused word, I agree.

In a nutshell its Marxism under a different name.

Hitler and Mussolini were both Marxists.

The labels are really just methods not parties and not economic.

There is no Marxist workable economy. It is all about destroying.

Italian Corporations did not tell Mussolini what to do, He declared himself dictator. if they crosed him then they would be replaced.

I concur that US fascism is, largely, devoid of internment camps ... other than FDR.

And, US companies would not dare tell the US what to do ... much like Italians didn't cross Mussolini.

Obama/Biden took GM away from its bond holders and gave it to his supporters. Not only that but Obama threatened the bond holders the full power of the US Government would come down on them if they opposed him. Obama's new people selected the new Board Members with the UAW getting multiple seats.

I see Michael Flynn as a perfect example of what happens when you cross a dic-tater like Obama. His supporters were embeded even after he went on his 4 year vacation.

Let us not forget that successful dealers who were making sales quotas, had modern facilities and high customer rating were closed ... their sin being they had a history of supporting R candidates ... and were awarded to dealers with lower sales, facilities and satisfaction numbers but by GREAT LENIN'S BEARD had a history of supporting D candidates.

Now, someone ... anyone ... explain how that is all NOT a fascist economic system.
