The thread I started a few days ago stated that " life itself may be an illusion " , so yes


If there is any validity to that notion at all it actually leans toward the existance of a God . Reason being is that if you believe in God one must believe that God(s) can do anything, illusions included.

Then again, the Supernatural does not have to be considered as the only manner in which we could exist as an illusion

No. Your brain senses the deviation within the afflicted area.

Almost simultaneously, the brain interprets the deviations then sends the pain signals to the appropriate areas

As that occurs you feel pain via the the signals of pain that results in the awareness and occurrence of the pain.
