Well, this didn't take long did it?

Biden's higher gas prices means more space heater purchased by the tenets.

The heat in these building is centralized and controlled by the landlord. They must only maintain 62 degrees in your apartment in NYC but we know that often does not happen because of both tenets and landlords. Tenets break and open windows since they don't pay for heat and repairs. Landlords are looking at doubled heating bills this winter and can't toss out people that won't pay rent.

Throughout the history of New York City there have always been those living at the bottom of the social order and living in less than prime conditions. the Irish, the Italians, the Jews, the Russians and a host of others. No one said it was systemic anti Semitism when the Triangle Shirtwaist Factory fire in New York City killed over 140 men and women, mostly recent immigrant Italians and Jews.

Ever since I can remember, Democrats in NYC have GUARANTEED they were going to force landlords to make their properties safe..

Now heres the truth, some of the richest people in the city and the most Politically Connected are landlords. They always get what they want...its the soros syndrome...hey ill do it he gives me lots of money....same principal

Minorities and the Poor have been living in degenerate conditions for years

Singer noted that accidental fires are yet another way Black people are vulnerable to infrastructure failures promoted by systemic racism.
I find it hard to believe that the original owner planned to have his building burned down all in the name of racism. (lynching blacks)
Singer recently found out that the back of postage stamps are white. She is currently suing the USPS to change the color to rainbow colors.............sarcasm yuck yuck

If minorities stopped listing to the CRT theorists, and didn't look at hard work as a sign of racism, maybe they would earn enough to not live at the bottom of society?

As leaders shift blame from electric space heaters to overcrowded housing in the wake of deadly fires in both the Bronx, New York and Philadelphia, experts say the true culprit is poor residential conditions and the racism rife in the nation’s urban planning and infrastructure decisions.
    Experts in what? lol

In as much as every other group originally denizens of public housing have worked their way out of poverty and into better situations you may be on to something.
