Love affair aside, I suspect the Israelis and the Arabs fear a Joe administration and its treatment of Iran. They probably suspect he would let Iran lead him around by the nose.

I'm all for that, certainly. However no one in Washington or the Middle East is seriously denying that the timing of this agreement is a political gift to Trump.

Yes its a gift-arguably that the world has received.

These muslim nations (they aren't all arab or gulf states) are perhaps more worried about Iran than they are Israel.

China recently bailed out the Mullahs, and is moving into the ME.

That means these nations are agreeing to peace AND checking Iranian and Chinese aggression.
