You simply can not tell them apart anymore......not my problem.

My arguments are always consistent, I fight to the death for what is right, regardless if that is against demoncrats, the government, the police, or god itself.

Freedom means free, it does not mean free until the government claims there is some invisible molecule going around killing people so I have to give up my rights as the superior sentient living creature on this planet to their ignorance, dictatorship, and fearmongering.
Next time, just say you argue about distinctions without a difference. "My arguments are always consistent, I fight to the death for what is right"...what is "right" is nothing but your subjective opinion, nothing more. That's why we have laws, either you are lawful or you're not, there is no grey area. If you tell blacks to never resist the police and to comply and submit, then you saying this woman is right for resisting the police is hypocritical. Period.

if a person jips school and prefers to do drugs and make babies they can't support, is that a social injustice imposed by society upon the person? Or is that a social injustice by the person imposed upon society?

As to the bratty girl -- change the law, don't break it, dumbass.

She deserved to be tased, as did the fatso that was trying to interfere--her mother? We have to start teaching people that resisting officers comes with some painful consequences.
Or, this is what happens in a police state.

We--the people--have the ability to change laws we don't like, and we have done that throughout the history of our nation. Sometimes, a bad law is in effect longer than we'd like, and these mask mandates are just that--bad laws.

But, the process still works and as long as we follow the rules it will continue to work. Resisting arrest when the officer is not doing something illegal is not the way to approach this situation.

    The cop is wrong.
    He knows its wrong.

Freedom means free, it does not mean "free until we tell you what to wear".

Yes, choices have consequences for sure, that we can agree on.

Don't resist arrest unless you are really in the right, and have the means to win.
Better to live to fight another day.
The one fact that you ignore here is that you are told what you can and cannot wear all of the time at different places and if you do not follow that you can be told to leave. That is what this case boils down to.
While I have not been to the Stadium at Logan, I am sure just like every one I have been to that there are signs at the gate that says "Face Coverings are Required" She agreed to that when she entered. Once she decided that she did not have to follow that, the event host has the right to ask her to comply or to leave. The Police Officer spent 10 minutes trying to get her to put it on, She refused and was asked to leave, "Ohio Revised Code, Section 2911.21(A)No person, without privilege to do so, shall do any of the following: Knowingly enter or remain on the land or premises of another; fail or refuse to leave upon being notified by signage posted in a conspicuous place or otherwise being notified to do so by the owner or occupant, or the agent or servant of either. ... (1) Whoever violates this section is guilty of criminal trespass, a misdemeanor of the fourth degree.
So once the Officer who was an agent of the owner told her to leave she is required by law to do so. She refused and was arrested and charged with Criminal Trespass.

So you just choose to wear pants or a shirt or shoes when you make your once a month visit to Olive Garden?

Wrong is wrong, face panties do not protect you from ANYTHING.
Funny, everytime I visit any of my health care professionals they are all wearing masks. I guess my doctors and dentist are just stupid.
Funny forum experts are always my best bet I guess.............
