Here's what I think you mean, but aren't aware of your actual meaning.
The door was opened by your belief that the Clintons committed crimes but got away with them, which has opened the door for conservatives to commit crimes and get away with them, and that's okay.
This is the inherent flaw in all "butwhaddabout" arguments, - they are unwittingly justifying illicit behavior - condoning the slippery spiral into lawless chaos.
Someone else breaking the law does not mean it's okay for me and everyone else to do it. It's still not okay.
It's true - one person's breaking the law doesn't give you license to do so. However, there has to be equal application of the law. We know that:
- Eric Holder ignored house subpoenas - nobody sent the gendarmes to arrest him with CNN in tow like Garland has.
- Biden gets secret treatment, Trump gets raided by the FBI.
- Hunter Biden violated gun laws and gets a pass. If you did it, you'd get 15 years.
- Hillary used the Brits and the intelligence apparatus to interfere in the election - no special counsel. Trump - special counsel.
- Biden - specific tit for tat in the Ukraine - no impeachment. Trump no tit for tat - impeachment.
Notice a pattern here.... see if you can see the pattern here...

I see several patterns. One not described is called false equivalencies, based on on incomplete information and speculation.
Your list has truth in it, but there is also much conjecture.
Still, my point is that someone else doing illicit things is not an open door to doing the same, or conversely, someone getting away with something in the past is not an excuse to let someone get away with something in the present. It's called following the rule of law.
Let's suppose that everything in your list is perfectly correct. What can be done about it now that has any effect on what is happening now?
You are absolutely correct - one person's illegal conduct isn't license for another. It is maddening to an overwhelmingly number of people that these things happen. The perception is of a crooked fixed illegal two tier system. Look at Eric Holder - he stuck his proverbial middle finger up at the R house subpoenas but the D House has their subpoena recipients arrested publicly, with CNN in tow.
Look at the documents case - I know you hate Trump - but look at the optics and think like you didn't. (I know it is difficult) Biden has documents all over the place, the keep it secret with the DOJ until it leaks out, (certainly until after the election) but they invaded Trump's house. Think about the look of duplicity.
They climbed up Trump's ass about anything financially but ignored all of Biden's.
You have 1/2 of this country that thinks the ruling class of D's are being treated by the justice department and media 100% differently.
It is correct, no conjecture. For one thing, you need to investigate and prosecute and take steps to ensure that justice is applied equally. Shouldn't Hunter be charged for the firearms violation? You would be. Much like the illegal machinations about the elections, take steps to enforce the constitution so that we don't have judges and governors changing election procedures again in contravention of the COTUS.
