I like a lot of different fish , yellowfin tuna , salmon , most white fish grouper and snapper . with fish the fresher the better and how you cook it are the most 2 important things overcooked fish is not one of my favorites

When I moved to fla, everyone told me I had to have grouper, it would be the best fish ive ever eaten, bull$#@!, sometimes grouper is soft sometimes its hard to the point of being tough, I dont see where I could categorize it as a good fish.

gag grouper is the best. Red is nothing like it. Caught off Cedar Key in the gulf about 40 miles out. Love me some flounder. Fresh water Speckled perch are about as good as anything. Yall call them crappie north of fla.

Prefer salt water fish. Deeper water, colder makes best fish. Flounder is great, but......dolphin......speckled trout. But Mahi probably my favorite. Love it blackened or....fried right out the ocean. And I like hot sauce with my fried fish....not the white tartar.....hot sauce on fried fish...right tasty.

Tartar sauce is just a bunch of fat anyway.

I had Artic Char for the first time not too long ago. That was pretty good.

I like fish that tastes like fish. I even like grilling blues when they are running up the coast. Red Snapper is a favorite. Wild Salmon.

What we call red fish is my favorite. It is all over the gulf and salt water marshes. 4 pounds is the perfect eating size.

Are the latest happenings. @Safety I caught a number of flounder this am. Surf fishing. At the confluence.

3 ounce pyramid sinker...changed to 4 as the wind was howling at times.....blood worms on a bottom rig. Amazing. Blood worms expensive, 12 bucks for a small bag, but they work.

Got out early......dark. Lights up on the Jeep. Shorts and hoodie. Kayak shoes. Wam fish on…..breakfast.

Lil potato and onion mixed in from the pan.....lil hot sauce......English muffin...….cup o Joe to warm me back up.

You gotta get out here. They got stores along the way case you need paper products, come on out!

Fresh Lake Michigan perch...yum yum.

They put hybrid stripers in some of the lakes here decades ago. Cross between a white bass and striper. They were stocky as opposed to long and sleek. A 6 lb. striper would fight like a 10 lb brown trout. They were delicious. I stopped trout fishing for 4 years while we got into the stripers.

You haven't eaten until you have Yellowtail Tuna from off the Mexican coast!
You toss it right into the fire and char it! Yumm!
