    I like a lot of different fish , yellowfin tuna , salmon , most white fish grouper and snapper . with fish the fresher the better and how you cook it are the most 2 important things overcooked fish is not one of my favorites

    gag grouper is the best. Red is nothing like it. Caught off Cedar Key in the gulf about 40 miles out. Love me some flounder. Fresh water Speckled perch are about as good as anything. Yall call them crappie north of fla.

    I like fish that tastes like fish. I even like grilling blues when they are running up the coast. Red Snapper is a favorite. Wild Salmon.

    What we call red fish is my favorite. It is all over the gulf and salt water marshes. 4 pounds is the perfect eating size.

    They put hybrid stripers in some of the lakes here decades ago. Cross between a white bass and striper. They were stocky as opposed to long and sleek. A 6 lb. striper would fight like a 10 lb brown trout. They were delicious. I stopped trout fishing for 4 years while we got into the stripers.

    You toss it right into the fire and char it! Yumm!
