For women’s sports, equal pay is not happening. However, if they want to compete with men in golf, mlb, nba, etc. then they will have earned it.
Equal pay in non sporting occupations is much more reasonable, I don’t have any problem.

Whoever criticizes capitalism, while approving immigration, whose working class is its first victim, had better shut up. Whoever criticizes immigration, while remaining silent about capitalism, should do the same.

Apparently the US Women’s Soccer Team sees it differently. Is it just radical feminism or do they really think it’s possible? I’m sure politicians will jump on it to get votes.

If you are talking about the Women's FIFA team they are awesome. Poorly coached in the first game but awesome. But I'm old and grew up when Olympians and WC players were not paid at all. Now we have a bunch of professionally paid men and women making six figures extra for a few weeks. My first solution is to not pay them at all, either team.
My second knock the men's salary down to the women's AND don't guarantee either. If you aren't aware the men's salary is not guaranteed but the women's is. Of course the men are paid much more.
If they truly drew an many viewers as the men they should be paid the same. I just disagree with what that amount should be.
In real life I believe that hours worked over a period of years and time off taken account for most of the "glass ceiling" Especially when applied to executives. Most men don't want that life but even less women do. Those, male and female, who don't want that life are simply demonstrating how sane they are.
We're not talking about a lifetime movie here. CEO's often have worked 70 hour weeks for years, cancelled family vacation and are plenty willing to set people up and stab them in the back. AND THAT,S the small time CEO's I've seen in action. I can't imagine the psychological makeup or work schedule of the fortune 500 types. But as a hint some marketed cancer to kids!
