    DC shifts alcohol restrictions

I did not see what happened to cause DC to change its alcohol sale laws, but I did hear on the radio that they did. A week or two ago they closed restaurants and bars and liquor stores. Yesterday they announced that laws were amended to allow for the delivery of alcohol to your front door. That includes liquor stores and restaurants.

My nurse GF stopped at the local liquor store yesterday. There was a line out the door.

I asked if everyone was wearing scrubs
