I'm a nurse, wearing those stupid masks over my ears 13 hours a day, wearing sores on my face and especially at the top part of the ears where the elastic strap goes over. That's what you want when you work in an infection unit: sores developing on your body.

The masks they provide for us are paper ones that go around the ears. N95 masks are difficult to wear for 12-13 hours straight.

I'm not worried about the big Covid and never have been. I work on a respiratory unit and see bad stuff all the time.
