That would certainly hurt, but I have my doubts that you could pin someone's arm to the roof with one. The impaled person could just pull it back out even if you drove it right through the roof.

Uh no. However, without some kind of barb on the end of the skewer, what goes in must also come out.

The cleaning up part can be tough. I haven't cooked much but I do try to keep the mess cleaned up as I go. The Covid self isolation thing has actually been good for me. It has taught me not to take anything for granted. I'm trying to cook now, I watch more movies...simple stuff. Are you two still doing the vintage books and magazines ?

We would if antique stores and flea markets passed the government's smell test.

I used to watch a show that featured real ER cases. I remember one incident where a guy was impaled with a steel pole. It was creepy but he lived. I can't watch that stuff anymore. I can't even watch "Annabelle Comes Home" by myself. If I cover my eyes there is nobody here to tell me what is happening.

Hopefully they will reopen soon. I remember your thread in the "Books" part of the forum. It was interesting. I hope she is weathering the storm ok.

I can watch almost anything, except where they are dealing with eyeballs. For some reason I can't watch that. Any other trauma is fine.

Now I know why you went silent when I said I would like to drag one of the protesters down the street by his eyeballs
