    I had a ham sandwich with fries. Not much cooking to it but it was good. Im down to 1 tomato. Looks like a run to the grocery store is in my future.

    I saw this video and made it. Quite good with the bacon, though my daughter I think would have preferred ham.



    I also made broccoli with beef that turned out well.

    I had a late night snack also salmon cake cooked with red canned salmon egg flour onion and some orange peppers woth lemmon juice very good

    Yellow squaah and portabella mushrooms cooked in butter
    Baked Salmon marinated in a bourbon brown sugar sause baked crab cakes served on a beefsteak tomato with barba cuban 455 all-purpose hot sauce and some darn sweet baked scallops.

    That sounds good! Funny, I was just thinking that I haven't made roast pork for a while, but now that it's cooler I have a yen for it. Maybe I'll pick one up tomorrow.
