    What's for dinner ?

Tonight I made pork tenderloin and fries. For dessert I had a Chocolate Fudge Brownie milk shake. Not the healthiest meal I have ever eaten but it sho' was good.

I'll have to look that up. Does it have Bourbon in it?

I just looked it up. Sounds simple enough. A bit swanky too!

It looks like it would be. The tenderloin I made was good. It was preseasoned which was great. The downside was it looked like arm of baby when I removed it from the package.

It's a nice cut of meat - very lean, so you have to be careful not to overcook it or it dries out. It makes excellent souvlaki.

I'll have to try that too. I need to get some skewers. The last ones I had I kept in the car for self defense. My thinking was if someone reached in my window I could pin their arm to the roof. Even though I kept my window down I never got the chance to try it.
