I’m going to be watching the Tyson fight tonight with a nice charcuterie board and some tasty brews.

I am going to make this today. The only difference is I use cream of mushroom soup and put crushed ritz crackers on top too with the cheese and melted butter on them. Very easy to make.

Tonight it's a few beers, sausage and chips and a few more beers. Washed down with some beers. If I get thirsty I might have a few beers.

I let go on Saturdays too.

I don't know whether it is new or not, but there is a weight loss method called carb cycling, that can incorporate cheat days on the heavy carb days. Of course, not all the time.
