I don't bother doing it with air chilled chickens (which I usually buy) because they haven't gone into the group chicken bath, but unless I am buying air-chilled chicken, I can't stomach the thought of all of the pathogens on the chicken and I have to wash it off. I guess it's just psychological, but eew!

I'm very paranoid when it comes to preparing and handling poultry.

I have a dedicated cutting board for poultry and I'm constantly washing my hands and surfaces. I'll even switch utensils after the chicken is browned and I'm constantly aware of what has been exposed.

There's not much worse than samonila. That $#@! will scare you straight.

I made a chicken broccoi caserole today. Easy to make

two breast boil them until cooked all the way, boil some broccoi,

Cut the chicken into cubes and remove any fat, take out oven pan and oil the pan. Place chicken first, then broccoi, two cans of cream of chicken or cream of mushroom soup, salt, pepper, crush up some ritz crakers and put it over this, a little melted butter over them, then you favorite shreadded cheese. cook at 350 for around 35 to 40 minutes.

It's very easy, and I made garlic bread with it.

I am baking chicken strips. Oil oil. Spices to taste. New potatoes cubed. Olive oil spices to taste.

    Too easy.

IMO, beef is still best grilled.

I can only use an electric grill here, so I just back it. But not for long. Bloody rare.
