    What i have been eating this week

    No pictures of a take out pizza or
    Calamari order takeout Chinese.
    Or the homemade phillys or devil eggs or meat loaf

    Above are roasted cornish hens rib eye with onions chicken fried steak oyster omlet crab cake with cuban 455 sause and portobello mushroom with melted baby swiss.

    Cornish hens are great. I would much prefer that to turkey on holidays.

    Today i had fried potatoes with onions 2 fried eggs and corned beef for breakfast
    Lunch was a salad with ham tomatoes cheese sweet peppers and cesar dressing dinner was sushi from publix which is very good for the price

    Yeah onions with beef just plain rocks. I cried when a Local diner closed that would sell you a cheeseburger with grilled onions that would rock your world.

    For 50 years I went to that place, just excellent American food with the best ingredients. Nothing enhances beef like onions, you can keep your beef sauces.

    I agree on that beef and onions just go together .
    Its like potatoes and onions fried with eggs and bacon.
    We eat a lot of onions shallots also.

    Also had chicken breast breaded with pancko after soaking in butter milf for 3 days salt pepper a little garlic and fine diced onion and a tad of red pepper added in to the pancko and egg dip home made mashed potatoes with some canned chicken gravy and cut green beans .
    That was yesterday today was pork ribs in our own secrect bbq home made sause . cook them low and slow at 275 degrees for 4 hours with a ru b of a little smoked paprika coriander smoked salt just a bit of brown sugar pepper a tad bit of .
    The last garlic 30 min add your bbq sause and lit it cook till it has caramelized
