She was a social worker for the homeless in the Belltown area at an apartment building for the homeless. Happened around 10:45 Monday. Second stabbing that day in the same area. The person is still at large.

Yesterday the Fed arrested Grandmaster Jay on fed charges claiming he pointed a gun at local police and fed police, back in I think Sept. So Ted comes out and tells the police to use force against the autonomous zone in Portland. First time, but they have the place barricaded and rented trucks to block the entrance. It's going to be hard for the police to rush them.
