How much do you want to wager that there are a number of dem and rino politicians who own big stock in mask and sanitizing product companies.

We used to have one of these. I think it's good for the community.

So, I just paid like $700 for fall textbooks, which is obscene. I already have a couple of the books so I actually saved about $250. I'm glad I have a stipend but it's still shocking. One of the issues is that I have a personality assessment seminar which means purchasing highly proprietary assessment guides and tools, which are normally more expensive. Typically practices will purchase licenses/passes that cover all psychologists at that practice, but students have to fork out the cash for them. Criminal. Who even knows how long they will be valid for since they'll probably have 8 new editions in the next 4 years.

Also, it needs to stop being super warm and humid. I don't know how to defog my car when it is this humid.
Paying $700 for textbooks is the easy part. Not having a stroke when you sell them back and they only give you $35 is the hard part.

That's the way it always is. At one point in history leeches were considered the cure for almost everything. That theory was started by Karl Nordegen. The owner of the largest leech farm in all of Europe.

Why is it that when you have to go to the bathroom, the closer you get to a toilet or restroom the urge to go gets exponentially worse?

Lol you're right. When I walk home from bars I'm OK until I walk through the door. All of a sudden I'm hoping I can even get my fly unzipped in time.

lol exactly, like "I should go" casually and 8 feet from the bathroom I'm thinking "cleanup on aisle 4".

It's a public restroom and you're just putting the paper seat cover down and it's like the brain has got a countdown going...release in 8, 7, 6, 5, 4, and just then the seat cover breaks or falls into the bowl, but the brain has already told the bowels when they can let go and there is no emergency cutoff switch.

I don't use those in public restrooms, I figure my ass isn't going anywhere near my face at any point even if I wanted it to.

And I don't for the record but I do put a piece of paper towel in the bowl to prevent the backsplash thingy.

    ..don't judge me.

Why is it that when people use a public restroom and push open a stall door to find before them an unflushed commode, that the sight of it is akin to a sequence out of a horror movie - the image of the befouled commode zooming in and out rapidly to the score of the screeching violins from Psycho, prompting an abrupt escape, stall door bouncing, to locate a pristine accommodation, when the remedy would be to simply flush it, using one's foot?
