The ideal is the temperature that human civilization grew up around. Deviating a lot from that is bad for the humans. Did you think that was some kind of gotcha question?

Done that. It would show _more_ warming. The adjustments make the warming trend look _smaller_. That's not debatable, and that simple fact blows your cult conspiracy theory out of the water. What's that? Your cult didn't tell you that? Maybe you should be investigating what else your cult lied to you about.

You will see two separate adjustments. One for urbanization and one for the change to digital recording equipment in the 1900s that together equal almost the entire change in temperature of that century.
That statement had no connection to reality. I mean, digital recording equipment in the 1900s? Really? Tell us more.

Then look for missing years of data and missing data points and then ask them what happened.
Some stations occasionally were off-line. Why would anyone think that's a conspiracy?

Then look at carbon dating and ask yourself how they use a method that is only accurate for less than 4 to 10 thousand years has been used to measure ice samples that are 50,000 plus years old.
Ice core dates are tabulated by counting the rings. Who told you that crazy story about carbon dating, and why did you fall it?

Then you will see the word assume used very heavily.
You're assuming that your conspiracy blogs aren't making everything up. You're assuming incorrectly. Remember, you can't fool intelligent and well-informed people. We know what the science says, and we know what you're selling is nonsense.

Then when you realize that warming temperatures of the water release CO2 faster instead of warming the oceans faster you will have even more questions on what they are selling.
CO2 being both a forcing and a feedback is basic science. The fact that you consider basic science to be a conspiracy only reflects badly on you.

I won't argue that the Earth may not be warming because it is always warming or cooling. It is the nature of all data and environment with different variables. Certainly you will see the level can be challenged. The fraud in the Global Warming Movement gets in the way of any truth.
When I see that almost the entire world disagrees with me, I can either think:
    A. "IT'S A CONSPIRACY!"
    or
    B. "I'm probably wrong, so I should research this topic more."
Not being consumed by paranoia and narcissism, I choose "B". Deniers choose "A". That's one reason why nobody takes them seriously.

Your wrong on every answer. And yes they went from analog measurement to digital measurements in the 1900s which is 1900 to 1999 aka the 20th century.

If you weren't cherrypicking, you'd list every unusual hot weather event as well. What you're doing is kind of the definition of cherrypicking.
You are a having a serious problem reading the threads title: Cooling Weather

The very first sentence in post 1:
Here is a running thread on unusual cold, snow and ice reports.
Didn't make any statements otherwise, you are trolling in my thread with bullcrap over something I didn't write.

Translation: I don't have the answer to your question, but I can make up a new statement that doesn't answer the question, but I makes me feel better trying to deflect from the question I can't answer.

Nope, I was looking for a base line. But your response still doesn't answer the question.

You won''t get that. I he/she really looked at the raw data then he/she would not be that militant of the issue and admitting there is a great deal of fraud. Grant money requires little but when they have nothing then they generated some of it through fraud.

So you call it cherrypicking for my not posting hot weather events, that is humorously illogical claim you make, since for cherry picking to occur, there has to be something posted first to make that a possibility.

I started this thread about COOLING events nothing more, I made no specific claims over these cooling events with anything else.

Again as a reminder this is what I said to start post one:

Here is a running thread on unusual cold, snow and ice reports
    .

Your continued bogus cherrypicking complaining is a form of trolling, advise you stop it.
