Problem going to the settings page. Database error. Anywhere else is working.

I tried all day and night yesterday. Then between 5 and 530 this morning. On both the old Puter and the new one. I couldnt pull it up then. Then tried around 7. I asked CD if it was up and running after 8 this morning. She told me around 942am that it was up. But I had to run some errands and didnt get back until after 11. Tried then.....and the Explorer had it up. Didnt get it with the Edge until I purged it from the new puter, and linked up thru a search.

I actually ran Explorer yesterday evening, which is how I first got on for more than a couple of minutes. Normally I run Edge and Chrome. Eventually Edge was working but not Chrome. Chrome is working fine today.

I'm sorry some of you are having trouble accessing the site. That, unfortunately, is entirely out of our hands:

When you move to a new hosting provider or change your domain name, every DNS server in the world has to register that information before they’ll know how to properly translate your domain name to the right IP address. Complicating things, different servers will receive that updated information at different times, so it’s possible for you to type in the domain name and see your new website in the right place, while a friend of yours across the street is still seeing old, outdated information.

I was just able log on after 3 days. I took long address from the page that keeps telling me I cannot log on and backspaced it back to just forums. And then it allowed me in. Is everyone also have these problems? I have never had this happen in any other forum?

Yes, I kept getting an error too. Gave up after 3 days after the update or shutdown.

Since the IT upgrade I've had no data base errors.

I did the first few days, but was able to correct the issues on my own. Nothing since then. So it looks good.

Individual ISPs had to switch over, basically, as it was explained to me. So after a short period, we are mainly dealing with minor issues that related to a handful of features.
