    I do most of the cooking simple can be very good but it really dont take much to step up a few steps .
    Gourmet cooking often depends on simple fresh ingredients with good seasoning and sauses and isnt that much work. I fail from time to time but its really not that hard .

    I dont have a cook so I mostly eat ham and cheese sandwiches. I dont use margarine or butter so they dont take long to make.
