I have always thought of liberalism as a female thing. I understand that women might be attracted to such a feminine thought process as liberalism. But men???
I am an attractive woman and get asked out for dates pretty often. I have never dated a man, after I discovered he was a liberal, more than once. Actually, a year or so ago I got up and left in the middle of dinner with a man who wouldn't shut up about how terrible Trump was.
If I wanted to date someone feminine, I would pick a woman, because, well, women tend to be more feminine...except in the case of liberal men.
I don't want to date a man who is as feminine I am, and that is what you get with some liberal men. Some may look like men on the outside, but inside you get femininity.
I like manly men, not sissies. He doesn't have to be good looking, just manly, like Trump.
And some liberal men? That is where the confusion about gender comes from.
