Right. It’s not opinion. Attributing human characteristics to animals is anthropomorphism.

It’s a word with a definition. It’s not bull$#@!. God never intended us to confuse ourselves with animals.

I don't think most people confuse themselves with animals. However, as science progresses it becomes more and more apparent that many animals do in fact possess emotions, memories, form bonds with each other and in many cases, humans. As we learn more about them, we see astonishing displays of intellect, reason and logic.

Yet we assume they experience those emotions as we do with the same cognitive capacity. It’s a false idea based upon anthropomorphism.

It's a made-up word by some dumbass shrink trying to peghole people. Who said anything about confusing ourselves with animals?
    We're done.

I can attest that I have had a few dogs that trained me.

I was outsmarted by a Golden Retriever that learned that I would look away when she did her business. So if she found a dropped hot dog or pizza crust at the park she would squat as if she was taking a dump next to it. As soon as I looked away she would turn and snatch it. I fell for it too many times. She was thinking. She made a plan. She executed the plan.

    The unethical mistreatment of animals:

Animal abuse is the same as beating your wife, your husband, or your kids.
Animal abuse is the same as killing another human. A life is a life.
Animal abuse is the same as denying food, water, and medicine to those in need.

Abuse is a CHOICE. You make that choice, you pay the consequences.

And those consequences need to be life-threatening to the abuser!!!
Personally, I'd go for the Super Villain method.....tied up and on a SLOW conveyor belt leading into a wood chipper, feet first!

ALL animals are my "babies"...... don't ever let me catch any of my babies being abused. BLM, Hitler, Antifa, and white supremacist's ain't got NOTHING on me, when I go psycho-$#@!-crazy!!
