maybe she added a little sugar and vinegar?
I have some great tuna casserole recipes. NOT The Captain's favorite. I only make it when i want to get even with him for one thing or another.

No vinegar. But she did add a dash or more of sugar, to take the bite out of the cooked tomatoes.
I'm not a bad cook actually. I cooked dinner tonight. It was a ham and turkey sandwich with lettuce, tomato and avocado with BLUE PLATE Mayo
My problem is when I try to get too fancy, like when I tried to mix a Cream of Mushroom and a Bean with Bacon soup the other night.
