Eastwood wasn't tough enough in that movie; I didn't like it much.

Kinda seemed that way to me. I did like chief Dan George though; always have. I thought Eastwood was great and really admired him until he opened his mouth on politics. But I never liked Out Josie Wales. Too nicey nicey.

Would you have called (havent read all 11 pages) Paint Your Wagon and Cat Ballou westerns. Funny stuff. Jane was drop dead in Cat Ballou even though many of you want her to drop dead............Lee Marvin was great in both.

THATS what made it so good but in the end he was as badazz as ever. You killed my friend. Well he should have armed himself. We all have it coming in the end, son.

I've never seen Paint Your Wagon, but I've watched Cat Ballou many times over the years...and yes, I don't see how you could categorize them as anything but Westerns. Funny Westerns are still Westerns.
