Pure madness. I live north of Seattle and don’t go downtown unless I absolutely have to. I do t know many people that willingly go there. It’s really too bad, it used to be a really cool place.

I’m traveling south for the winter now, but I live across the sound in Bremerton. Seattle now holds the same appeal to most people here.

Agreed, it used to be a cool place to go for and evening out. Not so much any more.

That store in town had the coldest beer!

Drive all the way home , a half hour north of Seattle , and beer number six still cold.

I like North Bend. It’s a cool little town. It’s close to a couple of small ski areas.

I ate at Twin Peaks restaurant a couple of times when I was there. I had a sister that lived in Federal Way.
I drove my mom from LaPorte, IN to North Bend, a four day, three night trip. She and my sister both passed away within a few months of each other. I flew that time and took the train back to Chicago. That was a nightmare.
They have some really weird laws about being loud in a bar in North Bend.............you can be arrested for being too loud. 3 brothers in a bar??? Quiet? Really????
