I meant to say US. Sorry for the mistake. However, the assertion is ridiculous. Putin runs that crap on state television in Russia and you're repeating it so again, are you Russian?

The US did spark the Orange Revolution alone with the other various color revolutions around the world.

I don't know about other nations but it certainly wasn't the case when it comes to Ukraine. Ukraine thing got sparked when Ukrainian president (name eludes me) took Russian money and abandoned the idea of joining the EU, which is what the Ukrainians wanted. The protests (or riots, whatever) happened as a direct result of that.
