Once again the New York Times attempts to make an issue out of President Trump’s real estate holdings working as a tax shelter and reducing income taxes.


In the article the Times completely obfuscates the way income taxes are strategically offset by depreciation, mortgage interest and the entire reason why real estate ownership is viewed as a business.

It is telling when leftists ignore the expose of the NYT dishonest claims against President Trump.

This is the disease of partisan politics, they are supposed to be investigative journalists, but they behave like propagandist shill for a political party.

They didn't publish any tax returns.

They are in receipt of stolen or illegally obtained information. Basically they did what they claim Assange did. But the NYTimes has often done what Assange is charged with in the past regarding US top secret information, putting our troops and intelligence community at risk.

We really do not know if Trump's tax returns was in NYT possession. This would be impossible if we had NOT allowed lies and no accountability which has been followed with destruction of our justice system as this is the point in history where criminal activities gets a free pass from the top to the bottom. Any business that individuals have with a government agency or any other business, people will soon realize previous business activities have changed.

I'd say no they don't have Trump's returns. More likely an anonymous source supplied the selective information. If the NYT's had the returns they would already have posted more hit pieces. Also their first hit piece offered nothing illegal, just the term "tax avoidance", which absolutely everyone that files personal income tax returns does when they take the personal and or family exemptions at the top of the 1040 form.

Also where are these supposed forthcoming stories the NYT's promised ??

They claim they are going to have another release this month.

If they do have the returns then it would have to come from the IRS directly and they should scout and scalp that person.


This could be a Harry Reid / Romney ploy to lie to force release to straighten out the record. Trump's team of course would be familiar with that.
