Who does Trump owe? Shouldn’t we be worried?

According to the NYT Trump Tax revelation, Trump owes at least 421 million in personally guaranteed loans that will be coming due as early as 2022.

Who does he owe that to? People strapped with significant debt cannot get even get the lowest level security clearance to work in the White House. It’s too easy for foreign powers to influence people like this. Yet here we are with Trump as President owing nearly half a billion.

Meanwhile Trump has been receiving millions of dollars from “foreign sources” such as Turkey, India, from the Philippines. That’s not allowed, under the emoluments clause. But pffft, since when are rules a thing? Other people have contributed millions to his campaign and ended up as ambassadors. In exchange for paying Trump off, some have gotten pardons. I wonder what he has done for these foreigners?

Trump’s Miss Universe pageant has lost money regularly every year, except when it moved to Russia in 2013, when it suddenly made millions.

“Just say the election was corrupt and leave the
rest to me and the Republican congressmen”
    --Donald Trump

Speaking to the Justice Department on Dec. 27, 2020. Conversation memorialized in then-acting Deputy Attorney General Richard Donoghue’s contemporaneous notes.

The biggest problem I see is that you don't have a clue how big money works. People who have money don't work for their money -- their money works for them. You may think that is a subtle difference but it's the difference between the haves and the have nots.

You would know exactly who he owes had you bothered to read his Public Financial Disclosure Statement that I linked to at least twice on this forum.

You know, back when I was telling stupid people that his tax returns are not what you want to see, but rather his Public Financial Disclosure Statement.

For the lame and lazy, here is an article about the disclosure statement and there is a link to the actual document in the article. For those too stupid to follow directions, here is the actual document in .pdf.

I didn't name this thread well. Its about more than just who he owes.

So you solved that mystery. congrats.

Now all you have to do is tell us...

Why we don't give White House security clearance to heavily indebted people, yet we trust the President with half a billion in debt.

Why Trump is still receiving major payments from foreign sources like Turkey, india and the Philippines despite the constitution saying he can't.

Why he grants pardons if people pay him enough money.

Why after years of losing money, the Miss Universe pageant finally made money when it went to Russia.

    It’s public information so...
When Donald Trump said to protest “peacefully”, he meant violence.

When he told protesters to “go home”, he meant stay for an insurrection.

And when he told Brad Raffensperger to implement “whatever the correct legal remedy is”, he meant fraud.

    War is peace.

    Freedom is slavery.

    Ignorance is strength.

Debt is an investment tool. Trump’s real estate portfolio is mid- to low-leverage with plenty of cash flow over the debt service. He is in no risk of defaulting.

No you shouldn't be worried. He's a billionaire. No one has that sort of leverage on him. Get a grip.

Some of you are beyond retarded. Just because the NYT says something does not make it so.
