It is if you're a skilled debater who knows what he's talking about. Besides, if Trump had simply tried to follow the debate format, he would have had more time to speak. Instead, he wasted huge amounts of time interrupting and talking over others. Stop making excuses for this guy. You should expect more out of him than what you got last night.

The rules of the game of debates appears to prevent the public from knowing the truth. The only time when most people will be watching it. The 2 minute rule prevents the ability to allow more room for full explanation of their responses. You can make false statements when you are limited with time to explain them in any detail.
The rules of the debate creating the chaos between Biden and Trump because of time restraints and no rebuttal allowed for either of them.

Call your state legislators and insist they approve the Article V convention of States to propose amendments.
